In nature, no animal lives in isolation. All animals and plants live within complex, connected systems. They are dependent on one another and the conditions of their environments for food, shelter and survival. An animal's environment consists of many interconnected living and nonliving parts. People are the only animals able to conserve these habitats. That makes us integral too. | |||||
