Marching for a Mission: Strides for the Cure event
In the fight for any cause, it’s important do more than talk the talk, and actually show support. That’s why this month, our team at I Imagine will be walking the walk—literally.
To show our support for the fight against breast cancer, our team will be taking part in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 26. The event, taking place at 10 a.m. at Soldier Field in downtown Chicago, will honor those who have been affected by breast cancer as well as raise money for the cause. So far, 152 teams have been created for the Chicago walk and have collectively raised over $76,000.
Our fundraising goal is $1,000. If you can’t attend the walk, but want to help the cure, you can make a donation by visiting this link.
We encourage anyone to create a team of their own or even come join ours at Making Strides this month! Keep an eye out for our blog post next month for a re-cap of the event.
