100 YEARS YOUNG: THE STORY OF A BRAND RENEWAL

 

It’s hard to look young and fresh after your 100th birthday, but Wixon, an integrated food ingredients company, has managed to do just that. With the blessing of Wixon’s new management team, I Imagine Studios went to work to evolve the company’s brand and create a new and more exciting image for them.

We started by developing a new logo and tagline that communicated their traditions of value, service, and innovation while evoking their dynamic energy.

But our work is not over: we’re currently in the process of redesigning their website and we look forward to bringing their sheen of youth along with their wisdom and service-orientation to the Internet.

And while we have even more re-branding work to go after the launch of their new and improved website, We have already experienced the fruits of our labor, because this new brand has received an overwhelming positive response from the media and increased interest from its current and prospective clients.

GOING ORGANIC: A LOOK AT GENERATION Y

 



Last month, we had the pleasure of demonstrating our support of the organic and natural foods community by exhibiting at the 8th Annual All Things Organic Conference and Tradeshow in Chicago.  

The most successful production in its history, this event this year featured a wide array of organic products and useful information and attracted more than 12,000 attendees.

A presentation by the Center for Culinary Development about marketing to the Generation Y consumer particularly caught our eye. Since this group should be a prime target for marketing today’s specialty goods and services, we would love to share with you some of the insights we gained from it.

Generation Y, consisting of 13-28 year olds, includes over 70 million people. They are a diverse and sophisticated group with money to spend and high expectations to fulfill. As consumers, they are motivated and well informed, desiring authentic, responsible brands with real benefits. 

In order to successfully market to the new Millenials, marketers must create genuine brands and communicate their brands through technologically advanced and interactive means in order to connect with this generation and foster brand loyalty.

PLANTING THE ROOTS FOR A NEW BRAND SUCCESSS

 



Creative development
: Springtime is finally here and one of our clients, Fides North America, is relishing it.  Fides, a company that breeds and sells high-quality flowers, called on I Imagine Studio to help their business “blossom.”  How?  By developing new branding for their “Dahlinvo” product line, a type of flower line known for its beauty and uniqueness.  In response, we created a new logo, produced their Website in three languages, designed a wide range of animated web banners, and developed print leaflet and banner designs to promote this new product.  Check out the case study right now to see how we helped Fides grow its “Dahlinova” brand.

CREATING NEW ONLINE STAR

 

Lifeway Foods—America's leading supplier of the cultured dairy product known as kefir and the country’s only supplier of organic kefir—was about to open a new sales channel for their products, giving people another opportunity to experience the extensive health benefits of kefir.

The concept: A high-end “boutique” in which they would serve frozen kefir, customized kefir parfaits, and smoothie-style kefir drinks.  They decided to call it Starfruit Cafe.

But as opening day approached they realized that they had a problem: They needed to create a unique online experience that would mirror this new, trendy business. And they needed it fast. That’s when they turned to us at I Imagine Studio.
