BRANDSMART EVENT
I Imagine Studio co-sponsored BrandSmart 2012: Owning the Tectonic Shifts in Marketing on October 17th at the Venue Six10. The event was hosted by the American Marketing Association (AMA). BrandSmart 2012 was a full-day conference where we shared our experiences about best practices in lead conversion http://iimaginestudio.com/websiteconversion and brand tactics http://iimaginestudio.com/stickybrand.

We really enjoyed hearing from the Emerging Media Panel on the topic of The Future is Now! A few of the many speakers on the panel were Ted Souder, the Head of Industry at Google, who talked about new trends in online search, Michael Ross, Vice President of Education at Encyclopedia Britannica, who inspired the audience with the engaging story about company’s transformation from the pure offline player to become a leading source of digital education, and Ron Faris, CMO of Virgin Mobile, who passionately talked about the 'Newsroom' marketing.

Dan Roam, the author of The Back of the Napkin: Solving Problems and Selling Ideas with Pictures presented at the IIDA Breakfast Meeting to the Interior Design community of Chicago. Dan’s presentation was a pure inspiration where he shared tools on how to solve complex problems with simple pictures. According to Alena Tsimis, “I really enjoyed the IIDA event - the people, the content, and the vibe. I felt greatly inspired to be surrounded by creative minds who envision what our world will look and feel like in the future. Dan Roam was both entertaining and educational.” Alena attended the event with Mathew Krog, Vice President of Lamin Art.
